OSOS sistemi kapsamında sayaçları uzaktan okunan abonelerin, sayaçlarına ait verileri internet üzerinden takip edebilmeleri için kullanıcı kodu ve şifre edinmeleri gerekmektedir. OSOS kullanıcı adı ve şifresini, dağıtım bölgenizin OSOS biriminden e-mail ya da şahsi başvuru yoluyla talep etmeniz gerekir.
