You must request the OSOS username and password from the OSOS unit of your distribution region via e-mail or personal application.

My installation is not included in OSOS. But I want to use Apollo, what should I do?

If your installation does not reach the OSOS annual consumption upper limit of your distribution region, you can still use Apollo. We provide services to monitor energy and reduce consumption costs through a modem we will install on your main meter

Is the monthly rental fee charged per installation?

Yes, Apollo is a B2B SaaS platform and its pricing policies are based on a monthly rental fee for single installation. You can access the current price list on our website.

I have an advantage in switching to double term, what should I do?
