The LUY invoice is notified to the consumer as LUY notification on the 15th of the following month, indicating the amount of electricity sales and to issue an invoice in the specified amount.
How is the LUY Invoice Calculated?
The calculation of the LUY invoice becomes a bit complicated when a facility that normally receives a single electricity invoice receives 3 invoices. Until 2024, distribution invoices for sales were calculated using a single price for all subscribers from the price tariff announced by EMRA. After May 2019, the sales distribution invoice of SPP investors who have completed the connection agreement is now calculated as half of the SPP investors who have completed the connection agreement before May 2019 with the statement made by EMRA in January 2024.
