(2026 G\u00fcncel \u015eartlar)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>VAP ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcrecindeki temel \u015fartlar:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tesisin <strong>EVDES<\/strong> <strong>(Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Destek Sistemi)<\/strong> platformuna kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130lgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apollo.eco\/tr\/enerji-yoneticisi-kimdir-is-tanimlari-nelerdir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>enerji y\u00f6neticisi<\/strong><\/a><strong> g\u00f6revlendirmesi,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performans g\u00f6stergelerinin <\/strong>d\u00fczenli ve do\u011frulanabilir \u015fekilde bildirilmesi,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00fcrkak taraf\u0131ndan akredite edilmi\u015f kurulu\u015flarca belgelendirilmi\u015f <a href=\"https:\/\/apollo.eco\/tr\/iso-50001-enerji-yonetimi-nasil-uygulanir-ve-raporlanir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi<\/strong><\/a><strong> sertifikas\u0131na<\/strong> sahip olunmas\u0131,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proje geli\u015ftirme ile uygulama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin yetkili bir<strong> Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k (EVD) firmas\u0131 <\/strong>arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca ba\u015fvurulan projeler i\u00e7in herhangi bir tasarruf miktar\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VAP Deste\u011fi Kapsam\u0131nda Hangi Projeler Desteklenir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>VAP destekleri kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikli olarak, <strong>enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu y\u00fcksek ve verim kayb\u0131 bulunan ekipman ve sistemlere y\u00f6nelik projeler <\/strong>de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu y\u00fcksek ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck verimle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ekipman ve sistemlerin (fan, pompa, kazan, f\u0131r\u0131n, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemleri, buhar kapanlar\u0131, elektrik motorlar\u0131 vb.) teknik performans\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ekipman de\u011fi\u015fimi, rehabilitasyon ve proses optimizasyonu uygulamalar\u0131; \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemlerinin verimlilik art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 revizyonlar\u0131, at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 ve art\u0131k enerjinin geri kazan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler, \u0131s\u0131 ve elektrik enerjisinin e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00fcretimine imk\u00e2n sa\u011flayan kojenerasyon sistemleri ile yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretim teknolojilerine ili\u015fkin projeler, destek program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VAP Destek Yap\u0131s\u0131: Hibe Oran\u0131, \u00dcst Limit ve \u00d6deme \u015eartlar\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla VAP (Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje) destek program\u0131, sanayi i\u015fletmelerinin enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla <strong>proje bedelinin %30\u2019una kadar hibe deste\u011fi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> Program kapsam\u0131nda 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in proje ba\u015f\u0131na <strong>destek \u00fcst limiti 27.092.663 \u20ba <\/strong>olarak belirlenmi\u015f olup, i\u015fletmeler <strong>ayn\u0131 anda en fazla be\u015f proje<\/strong> ile ba\u015fvuruda bulunabilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Te\u015fvik tutar\u0131n\u0131n %50\u2019si proje ba\u015f\u0131nda, kalan %50\u2019si proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda nakit olarak \u00f6denebilmektedir.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projelerin ekonomik fizibilitesi, geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi kriteri \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilmekte olup; genel uygulamalar i\u00e7in<strong> azami geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi 7 y\u0131l;<\/strong> kojenerasyon, at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretimi ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynakl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretim projeleri i\u00e7in ise<strong> 10 y\u0131l <\/strong>olarak uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VAP Kapsam\u0131 D\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Kalan Projeler Nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>VAP destekleri kapsam\u0131nda baz\u0131 proje t\u00fcrleri de\u011ferlendirme d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re, daha \u00f6nce uygulanm\u0131\u015f ya da uygulamas\u0131na ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f projeler, ikinci el ekipman al\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ve leasing y\u00f6ntemiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar destek kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik uygulamalar, yeni tesis kurulumuna ili\u015fkin projeler ve ta\u015f\u0131t al\u0131mlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar da VAP kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmeyen alanlar aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcretilen \u0131s\u0131 veya elektri\u011fin sat\u0131\u015f amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kojenerasyon projeleri, \u00fcretilen \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yenilenebilir enerji projeleri, elektrik \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile kiral\u0131k ekipmanlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik projeler de destek kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ba\u015ftan Sona VAP Ba\u015fvuru ve Uygulama S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci, yetkili EVD firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen enerji et\u00fcd\u00fc ile ba\u015flamakta olup;&nbsp; VAP proje dosyas\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve EVDES sistemi \u00fczerinden Bakanl\u0131\u011fa sunulmas\u0131yla devam etmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknik de\u011ferlendirme ve \u00f6n denetim a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 takiben projelerin uygulanmas\u0131, nihai denetim ve tasarruf do\u011frulamas\u0131 ile s\u00fcre\u00e7 tamamlanmakta ve hibe \u00f6demesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulama \u00f6ncesi denetim bedeli<strong> 60.000 \u20ba + KDV,<\/strong> uygulama sonras\u0131 denetim bedeli ise <strong>95.000 \u20ba + KDV <\/strong>olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VAP Kapsam\u0131ndaki Zorunlu Enerji \u0130zleme Nas\u0131l Kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r? Apollo ile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VAP kapsam\u0131nda zorunlu hale gelen<\/strong> enerji izleme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, proje etkisinin yaln\u0131zca teorik hesaplarla de\u011fil, \u00fcretim ve operasyonel de\u011fi\u015fkenlerle ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f ger\u00e7ek veriler \u00fczerinden do\u011frulanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmektedir.
