Bu ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emo.org.tr\/mevzuat\/mevzuat_detay.php?kod=148\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">6446 say\u0131l\u0131 Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu<\/a> ile d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f olup, her faaliyet alan\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 lisanslar \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temel Akt\u00f6rler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130letim Sistemi:<\/strong>&nbsp;TE\u0130A\u015e taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletilen, 154 kV ve 380 kV gerilim seviyelerindeki \u015febekeyi kapsar. \u00dcretim tesislerinden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgelerine enerji ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketi (EDA\u015e):<\/strong>&nbsp;36 kV ve alt\u0131 gerilim seviyelerinde faaliyet g\u00f6sterir. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 21 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesi bulunmakta olup, her b\u00f6lgede bir da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi hizmet vermektedir. \u015eebekenin teknik i\u015fletmesi, bak\u0131m\u0131, ar\u0131za m\u00fcdahalesi ve saya\u00e7 okuma i\u015flemleri da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketinin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6revli Tedarik \u015eirketi (GT\u015e):<\/strong>&nbsp;Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 T\u00fcketici Hizmetleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;ne g\u00f6re, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve perakende sat\u0131\u015f faaliyetlerinin hukuki ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kurulan veya son kaynak tedari\u011fi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcs\u00fc olarak Kurul taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilen tedarik \u015firketidir. GT\u015e &#8220;da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketinin parasal i\u015flerini yapan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc gibidir&#8221; ve K1 m\u00fc\u015fterilerine fatura keser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tedarik \u015eirketi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Serbest t\u00fcketicilere ikili anla\u015fmalarla enerji satan \u015firketlerdir. B\u00f6lge s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n faaliyet g\u00f6sterebilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m B\u00f6lgesi Enerji Dengesi: K1, K2, K3 Portf\u00f6yleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesindeki enerji ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in portf\u00f6y kavram\u0131n\u0131 kavramak gerekir. Piyasa terminolojisinde t\u00fcketiciler ve enerji kalemleri, farkl\u0131 portf\u00f6yler alt\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K1 Portf\u00f6y\u00fc: Serbest Olmayan T\u00fcketiciler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 T\u00fcketici Hizmetleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;ne g\u00f6re, serbest olmayan t\u00fcketiciler tedarik\u00e7isini se\u00e7me ve ikili anla\u015fma yapma hakk\u0131na sahip de\u011fildir. Bu t\u00fcketiciler, elektrik enerjisini b\u00f6lgelerindeki g\u00f6revli tedarik \u015firketinden EPDK taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen perakende sat\u0131\u015f tarifesi \u00fczerinden almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K1 portf\u00f6y\u00fc ayr\u0131ca \u015fu gruplar\u0131 da kapsamaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serbest t\u00fcketici hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu halde bu hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmayan t\u00fcketiciler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tedarik\u00e7isini daha \u00f6nce de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ancak tekrar GT\u015e&#8217;ye d\u00f6nen t\u00fcketiciler (Son Kaynak Tedariki kapsam\u0131nda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>K1 portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn enerji ihtiyac\u0131, GT\u015e taraf\u0131ndan E\u00dcA\u015e ile yap\u0131lan Enerji Sat\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmalar\u0131 (ESA) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K2 Portf\u00f6y\u00fc: Serbest T\u00fcketiciler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serbest t\u00fcketiciler, bir \u00f6nceki takvim y\u0131l\u0131ndaki t\u00fcketimi EPDK taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen serbest t\u00fcketici limitini a\u015fan ve tedarik\u00e7isini se\u00e7me hakk\u0131na sahip olan t\u00fcketicilerdir. Bu t\u00fcketiciler, elektrik enerjisini ikili anla\u015fmalar yoluyla diledikleri tedarik\u00e7iden sat\u0131n alabilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla serbest t\u00fcketici limiti y\u0131ll\u0131k 500kWh olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.
