Ayr\u0131ca reaktif ceza var ise nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011frenece\u011fimizi, faturam\u0131za reaktif bedel yans\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa neler yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Reaktif cezan\u0131z\u0131 telafi edebilmek ad\u0131na gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc nas\u0131l elde edece\u011fimizi anlataca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Elektrik Faturas\u0131 \u00dczerinden Reaktif G\u00fc\u00e7 Nas\u0131l Hesaplan\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmelerimizde bulunan&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apolloiot.com\/enerji\/akim-trafosu-nedir-ve-nasil-kullanilir\">transformat\u00f6r<\/a>, motor, kaynak makinesi, UPS vb. gibi ekipmanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in reaktif ak\u0131ma ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da reaktif g\u00fcce ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu ekipmanlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca reaktif g\u00fcce ihtiya\u00e7 duyarlar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sona erdikten sonra da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesinden \u00e7ektikleri bu g\u00fc\u00e7 ihtiyac\u0131 da ortadan kalkar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 \u015febekeyi gereksiz yere i\u015fgal etti\u011fi i\u00e7in \u015febeke kapasitesini azalt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece elektriksel b\u00fct\u00fcn ekipmanlarda \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131na neden olur. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesi t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 belirli s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7erisine alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesi, t\u00fcketicinin elektrik faturas\u0131na ay sonunda reaktif t\u00fcketim bedeli yans\u0131t\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte biz, bu reaktif t\u00fcketim bedeline \u201creaktif ceza\u201d diyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/apollo.eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-867\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apollo.eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-16.png 750w, https:\/\/apollo.eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-16-300x135.png 300w, https:\/\/apollo.eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-16-18x8.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Reaktif Ceza Hesaplama<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EPDK\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.epdk.gov.tr\/Detay\/Icerik\/3-1994\/dagitim-lisansi-sahibi-tuzel-kisiler-ve-gorevli-t\"><strong>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m Lisans\u0131 Sahibi T\u00fczel Ki\u015filer ve G\u00f6revli Tedarik \u015eirketlerinin Tarife Uygulamalar\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Usul ve Esaslar<\/strong>\u201d<\/a> y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi reaktif cezan\u0131n hangi durumlarda nas\u0131l uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve reaktif ceza s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 kesin bir \u015fekilde belirlemi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6netmelikte Madde &#8211; 13(2-3)\u2019 e g\u00f6re reaktif ceza s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tabloda \u00f6zetlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td rowspan=\"2\">&nbsp;<strong>Ceza Tipi<\/strong><\/td><td colspan=\"2\"><strong>Kurulu G\u00fc\u00e7 Ceza S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&lt; 50kVA<\/td><td>&gt; 50kVA<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>End\u00fcktif Reaktif S\u0131n\u0131r<\/td><td>%33<\/td><td>%20<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Kapasitif Reaktif S\u0131n\u0131r<\/td><td>%20<\/td><td>%15<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>50kVA\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc olan i\u015fletmeler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda ay sonlar\u0131nda reaktif ceza g\u00f6receklerdir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7ektikleri aktif enerjinin miktar\u0131n\u0131n %33\u2019\u00fcnden fazla end\u00fcktif reaktif enerji \u00e7ekerlerse,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>%20\u2019sinden fazla kapasitif reaktif enerji \u00e7ekerlerse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde 50kVA\u2019n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc olan i\u015fletmeler de a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda ay sonlar\u0131nda reaktif cezaya gireceklerdir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7ektikleri aktif enerjinin miktar\u0131n\u0131n %20\u2019sinden fazla end\u00fcktif reaktif enerji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve\/veya %15\u2019inden fazla kapasitif reaktif enerji \u00e7ekerlerse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine ayn\u0131 y\u00f6netmelikte Madde \u2013 13(1)\u2019de belirtildi\u011fi gibi t\u00fcketicilerin reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 kompanzasyonu sistemlerinde olu\u015fan bir ar\u0131za sonucu reaktif ceza s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 halinde y\u0131lda(takvim y\u0131l\u0131) bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere reaktif enerji t\u00fcketim bedeli(yani reaktif ceza) faturaland\u0131r\u0131lmaz.Yani k\u0131saca e\u011fer reaktif cezaya girersek, y\u0131lda bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere reaktif cezay\u0131 iptal ettirebiliriz. Reaktif cezan\u0131n iptal prosed\u00fcr\u00fc iki \u015fekildedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_2dc2a3fb5a.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadece tekil olarak end\u00fcktif veya kapasitif reaktif enerji t\u00fcketiminden dolay\u0131 reaktif s\u0131n\u0131rlar a\u015f\u0131l\u0131p cezaya girilebilir. Ya da hem end\u00fcktif hem de kapasitif s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n ikisi birden ihlal edilebilir. Bu durumda saya\u00e7 endekslerinde end\u00fcktif veya kapasitif taraftaki en y\u00fcksek de\u011fer temel al\u0131narak ceza hesaplan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Saya\u00e7 Endeksleri<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrik tesislerinde al\u0131\u015f\u0131lageldi\u011fi \u00fczere reaktif t\u00fcketim oran\u0131 veya reaktif ceza saya\u00e7 \u00fczerindeki endeksler ile hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011funlukla i\u015fletmelerde bu endeksleri g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak takip eden personeller vard\u0131r. Bu personeller d\u00fczenli olarak saya\u00e7lardan 1.8.0, 5.8.0 ve 8.8.0 endekslerini al\u0131r. Peki, bu endeksler bize ne ifade etmektedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.8.0(T): Aktif enerji t\u00fcketim de\u011feridir. Yani kWh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.8.0(Ri): End\u00fcktif reaktif enerji t\u00fcketim de\u011feridir. Yani kVArh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8.8.0(Rc): Kapasitif reaktif enerji t\u00fcketim de\u011feridir. Yani kVArh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya\u00e7tan al\u0131nan bu de\u011ferler bir \u00f6nceki g\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011ferleri ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve reaktif enerji durumu bu \u015fekilde takip edilmi\u015f olur. Peki bu verileri kullanarak end\u00fcktif reaktif cezadan kurtulmak i\u00e7in gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc nas\u0131l hesaplayaca\u011f\u0131z?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu hesab\u0131 yapabilmek i\u00e7in elimizde endeks de\u011ferleri haricinde iki adet daha parametrenin olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bunlar saya\u00e7 \u00e7arpan\u0131 ve faturan\u0131n ka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00fczerinden d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi bilgisidir. Bu bilgiler elektrik faturas\u0131 \u00fczerinden kolayca bulunabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Kondansat\u00f6r G\u00fcc\u00fc Hesaplama<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda end\u00fcktif reaktif g\u00fcc\u00fc kompanze edebilmek i\u00e7in gerekli kondansant\u00f6r g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc hesaplayal\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya\u00e7 \u00c7arpan\u0131: 120, Faturalama Periyodu: 30 g\u00fcn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_bae95157ac.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_937913d0b6.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Not: Endeksler birer g\u00fcnl\u00fck oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in faturalama periyodu 1 olarak al\u0131nd\u0131. Ay sonu endeksleri kullan\u0131lacaksa faturalama periyodu 30 al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki hesaplamalardan 26,86% oranla end\u00fcktif reaktif bedelden\/cezadan kurtulmak i\u00e7in 223,3kVAr\u2019l\u0131k kondansat\u00f6r g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Fatura bazl\u0131 kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc hesaplar\u0131 ortalama de\u011ferler olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in hesaplanan de\u011ferin 10% fazlas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak belirlemek daha do\u011fru bir sonu\u00e7 verecektir. Bu duruma gerekli <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apolloiot.com\/enerji\/kondansator-nedir-ve-kondansator-analizi-nasil-yapilir\">kondansat\u00f6r<\/a> g\u00fcc\u00fc <strong>245kVAr<\/strong> olarak belirlenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fatura bazl\u0131 di\u011fer bir hesaplama y\u00f6ntemi ise hedef cos\u03c6 de\u011ferine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan hesaplamad\u0131r. Bu hesaplama y\u00f6ntemi i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6rne\u011fi inceleyebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A<sub>P<\/sub> = Ayl\u0131k ortalama aktif g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi (kWh) \u00e0 32100 kWh<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A<sub>Q<\/sub> = Ayl\u0131k ortalama reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi (kVArh) \u00e0 49350 kVArh<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>cos\u03c6<sub>2<\/sub> = Hedef cos\u03c6 de\u011feri \u00e0 cos\u03c6<sub>2<\/sub> = 0,98 \u00e0 tg \u03c6<sub>2<\/sub> = 0,2<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>t = Ayl\u0131k olarak kullan\u0131lan enerji s\u00fcresi (saat) \u00e0 260 saat<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_53c75f5320.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Olarak hesaplan\u0131r. Bu de\u011fer de ortalama de\u011fer oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in 10% fazlas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak belirlemek daha do\u011fru bir sonu\u00e7 verecektir. Bu duruma gerekli kondansat\u00f6r g\u00fcc\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>185kVAr<\/strong> olarak belirlenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir di\u011fer y\u00f6ntem ise fatura parametreleri kullanmadan yap\u0131lan hesaplamad\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntem mevcut olan tesislerde kullan\u0131labilir. Bunun i\u00e7in mevcut tesisin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc, talep g\u00fcc\u00fc, mevcut cos\u03c6 ve hedef cos\u03c6 de\u011ferleri bilinmelidir. Bu y\u00f6ntem ile yap\u0131lan hesaplamaya ait \u00f6rne\u011fi de a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da inceleyebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kurulu G\u00fc\u00e7: 1200kW<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Talep G\u00fcc\u00fc: 1200 * 0,7 = 840kW<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Talep G\u00fc\u00e7teki cos\u03c6<sub>1<\/sub> de\u011feri = 0,82 \u00e0 tg\u03c6<sub>1<\/sub> = 0,69<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hedef cos\u03c6<sub>2<\/sub> de\u011feri = 0,98 \u00e0 tg\u03c6<sub>2<\/sub> = 0,2<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_5c42e8f39d.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Olarak gerekli kondansat\u00f6r g\u00fcc\u00fc hesaplanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmemizin reaktif oranlar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131, reaktif ceza hesaplamas\u0131, gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc hesab\u0131 bu kadar basit. Fakat g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bir dizi matematiksel i\u015flem yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemlerdeki bir nokta veya virg\u00fcl kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fleri i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamaz bir duruma sokabilir. Bunun yan\u0131nda el yordam\u0131yla bu hesaplama yap\u0131l\u0131rken endekslerden al\u0131nan verilerin hesaplanmas\u0131nda rakamlarda yap\u0131labilecek olan en ufak bir hata da sorun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7o\u011fu mevcut i\u015fletmede bu \u015fekilde bir reaktif t\u00fcketim takibi ve gerekli kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc hesab\u0131 kullan\u0131lmakta ve yukar\u0131da bahsetmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz hatalar s\u0131kl\u0131kla yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak merak etmeyin, bu kontrol\u00fcn ve gerekli g\u00fc\u00e7 hesab\u0131n\u0131n daha kolay bir yolu art\u0131k var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yapay zeka destekli <strong>Apollo<\/strong> bu konuda da size yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmakta, i\u015fletmedeki t\u00fcm elektrik sisteminin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve herhangi bir sorunun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 size bildirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strapi.apolloiot.com\/uploads\/image_22d3ad030f.png\" alt=\"image.png\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Reaktif alarmlarla anl\u0131k bildirimler<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ihtiya\u00e7 olan kompanzasyon g\u00fcc\u00fc gerek end\u00fcktif reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 gerekse kapastif reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak kVAr cinsinden kullan\u0131c\u0131lara sunulmaktad\u0131r.
