Use this form to report concerns about misconduct, legal violations, or unethical behavior. Submissions are reviewed directly by the Apollo Founder team. You may submit anonymously. 

Apollo strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. This protection applies throughout and after the review or investigation process. All submissions are handled confidentially.

What happens after you submit a report?

Apollo reviews all submissions carefully and confidentially.

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your submission within approximately 5 business days (if contact information is provided).
Your concern will be reviewed by the Apollo Founder team to ensure independent and fair review.
If needed, we may initiate an internal review or investigation.
For straightforward issues, we aim to determine appropriate actions within 1–2 weeks.
For more complex matters, resolution may take up to 3–4 weeks depending on the nature of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will communicate the outcome or actions taken.
