It starts from within. To heal the world, they first transform themselves.
We don’t just talk about changing the world. We show up every day, challenge each other, and build what matters.
Because rituals aren’t routines they’re choices we make to grow, together.
Swap it like it’s hot.
On the first Tuesday of every month, our office transforms into a swap market. Books, clothes, accessories, objects; everything finds a new owner. Everyone brings something they no longer need and leaves with something they didn’t know they wanted.
It’s part minimalism, part treasure hunt, part team ritual. Because at Apollo, we believe the simplest actions carry the deepest meaning even letting go of things can spark something new.
Breathe. Think. Build.
On the second Friday of every month, we meet at Belgrad Forest at 2:00 PM. We begin with a silent walk in nature clearing our minds with every step and making space for new ideas. At the end of the walk, we gather around a picnic table.
We define the day’s tasks and our weekly goals. This is at once a mental reset, a physical meetup, and a moment of creative production.
Disconnect to reconnect.
At the end of every quarter, from Friday to Sunday, we go off the grid. Phones off, minds on. We head into nature as a team to reflect on the quarter behind us, revisit our OKRs, set new ones, and sharpen our strategic vision for what’s ahead. By day, we align on goals. By night, we gather around the fire and talk about life.
It’s part strategy retreat, part mental reset, part the kind of bonding that only happens when the Wi-Fi disappears.
Apollo is built by people who care about their work, each other, and the world around them.
Those who care about impact, question the “why” and take ownership of what they create.
